You've found our FAQ page, hopefully one of these can answer any questions you might have. Otherwise feel free to look around the website or send us an email! We appreciate your interest in us and are always willing to help.
Q: What are your rates?
A: Our rates vary depending on the service/s you'd like to hire out to your event! Check out our Rates page, everything is explained in detail. If you have a unique event, feel free to call or email us. We work around all circumstances and can typically find the answer for your party specifically.
Q: How do I book you or your artists?
A: The best way to book us is to go onto our Contact page, fill out that form. We receive an email with all of your event details, and will reply as soon as possible. We require a payment in full to book events. The reply will be an email including a link to your Event Summary, Deposit and Contract information. Approve the contract & pay the deposit thru the "Pay Now" button, afterwards we will send you another email confirming your event as booked! Your event is not fully booked or on our calendar until this is received and completed unless otherwise stated.
**Keep in mind we do not take personal checks.**
Q: Is there a Travel Fee involved?
A: Nope! Not inside the DFW area. We serve all of DFW, however if you are inquiring about an event outside our usual range then there might have to be a travel fee added on.
Q: Do you offer Package Rates?
A: Nope. The rates you see per hour on our Rates page are the only hourly rates, so for multiple services you would just combine the pricing. For some multiple artists or events over 3 hours we can offer a discount depending on event details. Email us if you have a corporate, festival, carnival or any other large events that would have over 3 services- or last longer than 3 hours.
Q: It's 103° outside with my event, is this okay for your Entertainers or Balloon Artists to work outside?
A: We are asking for these hot summer months that our artists are allowed to setup indoors. Our materials, products, and frankly our artists themselves perform better when they are not melting or popping form the harsh temps.
If your event must be outdoors (festival, park events, etc.) please let us know in advance, and/or in your initial booking form's notes section. That way we can further prepare our artists and supplies for your event to try and keep things as cool as possible. A small fee might apply depending on the conditions of you event as well.
